Why we rebuild the site
Google scores the page your ads land on. Landing-page experience is one of the three inputs to Quality Score, and a slow page raises what you pay for every click. That is why the site is in scope at all. It is not a second product sold alongside the campaigns; it is the surface the campaigns are graded on.
Builder platforms — WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and the template themes that sit on top of them — are slow for a structural reason. They are built to do everything for everyone, so every page carries the code for features it never uses: the page builder, the slider, the booking widget that was removed two years ago, the analytics from three vendors. The visitor downloads all of it before they see a phone number.
We build only the page your ads point to. That is roughly 1.5 seconds to load, against 15 or more for a builder site carrying a full theme.
The site was never the product. The patients are.
What you keep
Everything.
The domain stays on your registrar, in your name. The site is deployed to your own Netlify account on the free tier, so hosting costs $0. Analytics, Tag Manager and Google Ads are created under your Google account — we have access, you have ownership.
If we part ways you revoke one token and the site keeps running. Nothing we hold is load-bearing.
Your old site stays untouched at your current host for as long as you keep paying for it. Switching back is a DNS change.
Two days to campaigns, three to the site
Both counted from the moment intake is complete, not from the day you signed. Intake is the part that depends on you; the build is the part that depends on us, and only the second is on the clock.
Campaigns go live page by page. Each page has to pass its speed and accessibility gates before the campaign pointing at it is switched on. That ordering is the whole point: there is never a paid click sent to a slow page.
Why two days is possible
The site, the campaigns, the tracking and the reporting are built as one piece, by the same hands, in the same week. There is no discovery phase because nothing has to be discovered — the pages are built for the searches, the ads for the pages, the measurement before the first dollar is spent. An agency bolting campaigns onto a website it has never seen spends its first month finding out what it inherited. We spend it counting calls.
What we measure
Calls, form submissions, and booked patients — the last one matched monthly against your practice-management software.
Booked patients is the only number that settles the question, and it is the one most reporting leaves out, because it is the one that can go badly. You pay for patients acquired, not deliverables produced.
Questions we get asked
Can't you build on what I have?
Sometimes. If the current site loads quickly, runs on a platform that lets us control the markup, and already has a page for each thing people search, there is nothing to rebuild and we will tell you so. More often the theme is the constraint. The speed problem is the code the template ships on every page, and you cannot remove it without leaving the template.
Why Netlify, not GoDaddy?
Your domain stays at GoDaddy. The registrar does not change, and neither does who controls it. What changes is where the website is served from. GoDaddy's hosting cannot run the pieces these sites depend on — form handling, serverless functions, redirect rules, and a CDN that serves the page from near the visitor — and it is slow enough to raise the cost-per-click on the campaigns pointing at it. Netlify does all of it on the free tier.
Who pays for hosting?
Nobody. The site is deployed to your own Netlify account on the free tier, which costs $0 a month at the traffic a practice site sees.
What happens if we stop working together?
You revoke one access token. The site keeps serving, because it is deployed to your Netlify account rather than ours, and the domain was never ours to begin with. Analytics, Tag Manager and Google Ads are in your name with us added as a user, so removing us is one click in each. Your old site is still sitting at your current host, untouched. Does my email change?
No. Email rides on your MX records, which we inventory before any DNS change and leave exactly as they are. The only record we touch is the one that says where the website lives.
Start with the audit
The audit is free and it is specific: what the current pages cost you in Quality Score, what the campaigns would be structured around, and what the first month would actually look like.
