A note from the founder

This is what I do.

I'm the founder of Animaclarus. I've spent thirteen years inside Google Ads accounts for veterinary practices. What I saw, over and over, was that the independent practices doing the most thoughtful medicine were losing patients to chains with bigger ad budgets. The chains aren't better at medicine. They're better at being found.

Animaclarus exists because independent practices are where animals get the most considered care, and they're being squeezed out by consolidators with no loyalty to the medicine. The $950 a month is what it costs to do this work well. But the reason it's vets specifically — not small businesses generally — is that this is where the work matters most. Most months, that's what I think about.

The premise here is simple: I do one thing, for one type of business, for one practice per city. I run your ads, I build the pages they land on, and I keep them fast and live. What I don't do is bolt on SEO, social media, and content marketing you don't need — the things full-service agencies sell to pad the invoice. The agencies promising "full-service" can't compete on the work that actually drives appointments.

Here's the part most agencies won't put plainly: I don't make my money building your site. I make it when the ads bring you patients — and ads can't perform on a slow, badly-built page. Google scores the page your ads point to, and that score sets what you pay per click. So a mediocre site isn't an option for me; it would sink my own campaigns. I build your page well because I literally can't succeed otherwise. The site was never the product. The patients are.

The discipline I keep coming back to: name the number, or don't make the claim. I've spent enough years inside Google Ads accounts to know what "mobile-optimized" means when an agency uses it — nothing measurable. I'd rather commit to a specific number, then either hit it or refund.

If you want to know more about how I think about this, read the playbook. If you want to see if your city is open, submit the audit form.
