The standard

Ask any agency to match this.

Eleven commitments. Every one is verifiable — most in under a minute, from your own browser. Print this page. Hand it to any agency pitching you. Count how many they'll put in writing.

01

Run my pages through Google's own test.

Take any page I've built. Paste it into PageSpeed Insights — Google's public testing tool, free, no login. Then paste in the website of any agency pitching you. Then paste in their clients' sites, the ones in their portfolio.

I'm asking you to grade my work with the same instrument Google uses to price your ad clicks. Most agencies would rather you didn't. The test takes forty seconds. Measure any page →

02

Here is my entire bill.

$750 a month for ads management. Your website built free. $200 a month hosting from month two. That's the whole invoice — no percentage of ad spend, no setup fee, no line items that appear later. Three of five veterinary agencies hide their pricing entirely. This is our whole bill →

An agency that won't publish its price is telling you the price depends on you.

03

Month-to-month. No contract. Ever.

Most of this industry runs on 6-to-12-month terms. The term isn't there to protect the work — good work retains clients without a signature holding them down. The term is there because the economics assume some clients would leave if they could.

Mine assume you'll stay because the reports are good. If I'm wrong, you leave in thirty days.

04

You own everything. From day one.

The ad account is yours. The website is yours, on your domain. The data is yours. Leave anytime; take all of it.

This matters more than it used to. In December 2025, GeniusVets — one of the best-known marketing platforms in this industry — was acquired by ProSites, a private-equity-backed rollup. Every practice on a platform-owned website woke up with a new landlord they never chose. When your site lives on a vendor's platform, you don't own an asset. You rent a dependency.

The ownership problem →

05

One practice per city. Ever.

I will never run ads for your competitor. Not in a different zip code, not under a different account manager — not at all. An agency with three hundred clients cannot make this promise; the arithmetic forbids it. Some offer "per-zip-code exclusivity," which means the practice across town can be a client too. Per-city means per-city.

06

Your website is free, because it was never the product.

Anyone can produce a decent website in a weekend now. Charging $6,000 for the artifact is a racket. The value is in building the page for its job — your click price, your conversion — and proving what it produced. I build the site free because Google scores the page my ads point to, and that score sets what you pay per click. A slow site would sink my own campaigns. Why anyone can build a website now →

07

No sales call. Ever.

The audit is the pitch. You get a hand-prepared analysis of your actual setup — delivered in 24 hours, no meeting required — and you decide from evidence, not from a demo. Agencies that sell through discovery calls and success coaches need the call to work. I need the audit to be right.

08

More than a decade of data, published with methodology.

Built on more than a decade of Google Ads data (August 2015 – August 2026), with robust multi-account coverage from 2017 onward. Seasonality, costs per click, match-type economics, where wasted spend actually goes — published, with cohort sizes and time periods on every number, so you can check the work. The 2026 Field Report →

Ask any agency pitching you for their data. Not their claims — their data. And when they show you a traffic chart — ask how many of those visits could ever walk into your building.

09

Documented audits, published in full.

Seven practice audits, public — real PageSpeed scores, real keyword economics, named methodology. Not clients; evidence. Most agency "case studies" are a testimonial paragraph and a percentage with no denominator. Read the case studies →

10

Live in 48 hours. Not 4 weeks.

Campaigns running within 48 hours of signing. The established agencies in this industry take four to eight weeks to launch. The work is the same; the queue is not.

11

If a claim can't be measured, I don't make it.

No "mobile-optimized." No "industry-leading." No "advanced." Every claim on this site is a number you can verify or a commitment I can be held to — including the one that costs me: if it doesn't work in 60 days, the management fee comes back. Every dollar of it.

Hold this page to its own standard. Then hold theirs to it.

Eleven commitments. One signature line.

If an agency will match all eleven in writing, hire them — genuinely. You'll have found the second one.

If your city is still open, request the free audit →. Delivered in 24 hours. No call required.
